take stand against the recording industry
Well done. Thanks for expressing your opinion, however this thread may lead to a heated 'debate' and will most likely be closed when a mod becomes aware of its existence. As far as I'm concerned, I don't care if anyone likes rap or hates it, but I consider the poster a troll when they just say "I hate rap". Why not say "I hate rap because..." and then list a few reasons behind your opinion.
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

Does this "state a few reasons" idea of yours require him to actually think about what he says before he says it?Originally posted by 4th gen@31 January 2004 - 00:12

I do realise it may be asking rather a lot, but I feel that actually quantifying the answer lends credence to the view or statement

Wait! Let me get this right. You want him to list some reasons why we should listen to his narrow minded point of view in the hopes he might actually sound intelligent, or at the very least out of the third grade? Do you think he will actually come through for us?
Today is the day.
Oh look, it's another rap bashing thread.
*waits for the Icy Hot Stuntaz picture to appear*

I hate rap too, but I also hate this tjo character. He's a moron.
At least in the past you have attempted to qualify your 'hate' for rap (with varying degrees of success (in my opinion)Originally posted by ScotchGuy@31 January 2004 - 03:39
