I really don't know I'm so sorry.
I reseated a few things and I managed to get it to boot it checked the memory then after that froze i rebooted and it didnt come back on.

its kinda hard to help u if u dont know....do u have a manual? just look in there and it will tell u how to reset it....cant u take out the cmos battery and it will clear?
and by the way, what were u doing ocing your comp when u dont know your mobo and hwo to change it back if sometign went wrong

your clear cmos jumper shoule be at the bottom right of your board. and be labelled jbat1 on the board maybe.
put it to the top 2 pins to clear it, then put it back down to the bottom 2

I do have a manual but they changed the motherboard since.
I dunno why I done it really all I know is I will never try it again .

I see it at bottom right labled jbat1 but the pins are set to the top as default shall i move them down then back up instead?

I hope anyone reading this whos thinking bout' overclocking learns for my mistakes "read up about it first and don't work on trial and error work on knoledge".
I was so lucky not to have killed my pc and so retarded to have just jumped into overclocking in the first place.
