Is it possible to jump on top of a helicopter? I was on the roof of a building and one was flying just beneath me, but I couldn't get the timing right to jump.

Ever notice that if you try to fly a helicopter into one of the banner planes that fly around Vice City, you just go right through it? I thought that was strange. Why didn't they make them solid so you could crash into them, or better yet use the Hunter to shoot them down.
