    Ihug sell it for $249, but you have to go with them and installation is extra $180+ unless you install it yourself.....

    Note the PCi cards that IHUG use are usally secondhand...

    You will probaly have to get the same pci card as the Isp recommends as there are compatabilty issues with satellites, probaly find one second hand, ihug for instance use skymedia cards..

    Also as your reusing a pay tv dish you, you'll have to realign the dish towards the satellite your isp is using i think you either do this using a small gadget forgot what it called, that tells you signal strenth ect
    Or you can use a compass and while your fidling with it, have someone at the computer telling you how good the connection is.

    The cheapest connection would be Ihug, there satellite kit is also the cheapeast
    You could always look for somthing second hand, which tends to be Ihug equipment any way...

    The satellites are in a geosynchronous orbit.
