thats basically what i told you to do...you highlite the partition giving you the trouble then press d to delete it and it will have to confirm then you press c and it will create a new partition...you choose the size and it creates it then you choose to install to that partition and it will say:Originally posted by HCT@20 February 2004 - 10:25
i try that all ready but when i format its say that this disk cant be formated and when i try it again it formated fine it just took me longer than usual and when i when to install windows it freezes half way
a friend told me that its the disk thats mess up and to fix it you have to formatted using startup disk
he said that while formatting it will look for unreadeble sectors and block them or something like that
format in ntfs
format in ntfs (quick)
format in fat32
format in fat32 (quick)
choose one of the non-wuick ones...
