Try something positive rather than giving something up. A small act of kindness every day. Something un-noticed and un-exceptional. Get a bottle down from the high shelf for an old woman, do a job for someone that you wouldn't normally do, compliment someone. If you drive, let someone out at a junction. Whatever, it will make someone else's life just a little better and give you a feeling of not being such a diddy as you may have thought
