Anyways, yo! just use Ghost Surf
it uses PROXY Servers. If u dunno what are they, go Hereand look for some descriptions. Proxies are comps that act as a mid deliverer, so you your real IP (theoritically) will not be should and when u download, your computer will not be known, but the Proxy server (comp.) will be shown as downloading that file. Makes alot of sense doesn't it
