    at first it was kinda slow , but now for some reason i get almost twice the speeds i got with the older version , so id say you upgrade.

    I tried it, its fast but then I was downloading a small file with >500 peers and >250 seeds.

    Most of the new updates from bittorrent clients these days calculate to be nothing much more than a numbers game.
    And the developers know this, thats why they do it so often to keep us the interest.
    All you guys are so interested and impressed by

    "Look at me my version is newer than yours,that makes it better"

    When in reality you become nothing but beta testers on a global scale ,while you gain nothing important but new links for you to donate monies to the developers.

    Nothing wrong with donating in my books ,in fact I have for Azureus ..and you should too.
    Im Just saying you should think twice before jumping ship to a new release ,
    you will not obtain additional speed by doing so
    Speed can only be obtained through good old fasion seeding .

    I use to have bittorrent 3.3 but after i saw this topic i got Bittorrent T-0.0.1 (Bittornado)

    all you guys say it is fast but what i am getting max of 6Kb now it is 0kb
    i am getting this film
    Scary Movie 3 DVDSCR XViD-HeAT [bt-g... 704 Mb (S 114)(DL 379) DVD-Scr #bt-gm -
    where it says in Bittorrent T-0.0.1 now
    connected to 17 peers with an average of 42.2% completed (total speed 581
    connected to 12 seeds,also 1999 distributed copies


    whats the problem?

    same speed. not much different. i was dling splinter cell at 200kb/s, which is very rare

    I am able to run my uploads a little faster on BitTornado than Shadow's older BT.
    The bandwidth graph (NetStat Live) shows a much smoother upload bandwidth useage too.
    For that reason alone, it is better than the original and means I can push uploads a little faster without such huge losses in download speeds.
