    A tool man and boz.

Only people from Scotland and specifically Glasgow will hear that in their mind's ear.

Excuse me thread, didn't see you there.

Are you hurt, I see a "bump" on your head.

Getting quiet from the Ice Fortress, too quiet.

    Hmm.

Didn't realize he was shooting me between the straps of my tank.

Afraid you've all gotten the wrong impression, thus; I am normally clad-you have all been taken in by trick photography, much as the world was, 35 years ago.

Clocker is actually standing behind me.

    J'Pol-

I had been under the impression that my guest was a vertically-challenged sort; what a surprise to find that, while I was (as expected) of superior circumferential dimension, Clocker is indeed taller than I.

It was, however, of no moment; we took the picture anyway.

    BTW-

Sorry for the lag in posting: Demon rum, don't you know.

We've lined up the dead soldiers-can't see from one end to the other....

Snow and a tank top, interesting.

Clocker posted on one of those "how tall are you" threads that he is 6' 1".

Which "he" was he referring to.

J2, I had always pictured Clocker as a tall, slenderly built nay wirey sort. With perhaps prominent forearms from heavy work. Slender of finger for handling small cogs. Sort of like a cross between Mr Twain and the traditional TV alien. Tell me, does he have a smooth grey/green complexion.

RIP to your fallen colleagues, I am sure they brought you both great pleasure.

Our visit is at an end, alas, but a great time was had by all (my cats are bereft at his sudden departure).

I pronounce this caucus a resounding success, and recommend it highly, especially if there are more "Clockers" out there.

As a guest, his mein was pure grace; his companionship a joy, and his taste in liquor unsurpassed.

We will, I'm sure, do it again, when the opportunity presents itself.

He himself was so enamored of the success of our session he was casting about for other, similar possibilities as he left-Hobbes, you might do well to freshen the linen in your guest quarters.

I believe a lottery might be in order.

    J'Pol-

He is (surprisingly ) normal, as re: his pallor; in fact, he commented on the overcast weather which seemed to predominate since he began his journey.

Your overall impression is, however, pretty darned accurate.

Apparently the sun always shines in Colorado.

    Ah, well, then-

    Back to the grind.
