It was made with the same logic that does not allow you to advertise your site in a post. But if you put it in your sig you can advertise it in every single post you make.

If this anti-spam thing is random, surely everybody has been affected by now. Or as we all know, or should know, there is no such thing as random. This has been proven when it is the same people who are being affected by it. Who is going to affected when these people leave? As surely some of them will.
