hey darkclown12....u need to turn off windows file protection or WFP..to do so u need to goto Run> type>gpedit.msc once the windo opens up browse to Computer configuration>Admisntrative templates>system>Windows file protection...in there double click "Set WFP scanning " and enable it..change the frequency to do not scan..thats it..hope it helps

well..it kinda does work out in some way...windows has mysterious ways of working...im sure somewhere in he setup of the OS something got jacked and the option was set to do wht it was doing...plus wht was the true problem anyway...en lighten me

Maybe a old/corrupt version of a file placed there by a bad installer.
