um , you dont extract the bin and cue file mate ,

the cue and bin files you have are for burning to cd

use your burning program eg like nero to burn an image to disk

or you could get damon tool and mount it on your hard drive if you dont have a burner

or use vcdgear to convert the bin to an mpeg
