Even if they want to prevent minors from viewing porn, they should be worrying about sites like www.hafuz.co.il and www.sex4free.co.il (both Hebrew) who give out copyrighted pr0n movies/clips for free and, in sex4free's case, also encourage visitors to hack pr0n paysites and share the passwords with everyone. In their forum, there's even a section to request passwords for paysites... basically, Kazaa is just a minor pr0n source... they will never stop minors from viewing pr0n. Besides, maybe i'm justsaying this because i'm only 16, but really, they should allow everyone after 13 to view pr0n, after all, masturbation is a healthy process and it's natural for a person to desire pr0n...

The people who own it in the first place are responsible not the P2P program
Yeh this is true, and I doubt they can do anything about it. That quote reminds me of people who use expert systems (such as medical ones) if the doctor prescribes someone a drug on advice of the expert system and that drug has conflicts with other medication he/she is receiving the doctor will be sued not the person who made the mistake in the programming. It's similar i beleive in china, if you order a taxi and the taxi driver 'accidently' knocks down someone the person(s) who ordered the taxi are arrested (im not sure if that one is true tho, but i have read it before) haha sorry i love these faces

LOL I actually watched the whole congressional thing on cspan.
what I found hilarious was seeing the media defender guy sitting right next to the CEO of grockster.
that was a once in a lifetime picture.lol
hmm, they always repeat things on cspan, do you know when it might be on again?
