1. #11
Outlook Express has been working like a dream for me now for well over 12 months with no problems whatsoever, the last 2 days i have had this error message, i have just sorted it out now, then a different error message came up, all that was to do with a box that had been checked, this server requires a secure connection. All sorted now
Thanks to everyone

This can often be a problem if you have been ringing 141 to keep your telephones calls number secret. After making a couple of calls without 141 turn the comp back on and it should be fine.

delphin460, hungrylilboy, Xero Grid, you're all asshats.

While sindasox searches for help, all you can do is knock his email client or suggest he use another.

Thanks for the help you fuckn' bozos.

I don't have the answer but I surely wouldn't be so idiotic as to say the things you guys have.

Do all of us a favor, if you can't provide even a little help, then stfu.

Deal with the problem at hand so more people will enjoy and learn from visiting this forum.

BTW, none of you can impress me with your so-called "knowledge" of software.

fuckn' kids...

Well, excuse me if I didn't know how to fix the guy's problem. I don't use e-mail clients of any kind and never have to this point. Still, I tried making a suggestion.
Asshats... real nice, jackass.

Go to your host's/ISP's webpage and search their FAQ's sections for mail settings and server information.

Rule out the possibilites of the error being outside your system and/or software before looking in.

I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you just enough to bring you down.
