The computer is one of four in bedrooms. I have three other kids i have to get ready for school at the same time. I have tried all other means. I'm a widower so i do it all single handed.

Put a password on the windows account and just turn the PC off. He/she won't be able to get back on until you put in the password...

Am sorry to hear that. Try taking the computer out of their rooms. Put in a room were you can easly control it. It is the easest solution to this.
