On friday I spent most of the day covering the ceiling of my van with black material covered with blue flames. I am going to redo all the sides with a very dark blue fabric later. So that was kinda cool. I passed out early
Got up at 6:00 am the next day and had a pretty uneventful day until about 5:00. Me and and a friend went to go look at tattoos. I picked out what I wanted, but instead decided that I would get my tongue peirced instead, but that part was closed. Then we went to Tips and Taps for beer, billiards, and nacho's. We went to another friends place and he tells us that a good friend of ours, Eve, who we haven't seen for nearly 2 years is having a bonfire. We heard about the last bonfire that she had and all our friends from highschool were there, so we HAD to go this time. Also, my friend chad came into some ecstacy. I had never done it and it is nearly impossible to find here so we picked up a couple of tabs. We took them and left for the party a half hour later. On the way there we had techno blaring. And I have some lights in my van that flash with the beat. I had a friend drive so I was dancin to the music watching the light show. We got to the fire and NO ONE was there....except Eve. Oh, how we love Eve. So we back my van up to the fire. Music blaring. Eve plays with my hair just like she used to back in Highschool...which was now a million times better while rolling on X. Of in the distance we see lightning coming our way. HELL YA. It reaches us, we out in the rain, listening to techno, lighting every few seconds around a GIGANTIC fire. Finally we get a little cold so we all migrate into the van where we take out the guitar. Not acoustic, I installed a guitar amp into my van a couple weeks ago. Here is a picture , and here is a closeup of it. After a while Eve had to go so the rest of us parked our van on a random gravel road and just sat around smoking pot, playing guitar, watched some TV, and listened to some music until 6 am. I drove home and dropped everyone off. Sat around for bit for a mothers day breakfast and went to bed....for an hour. Got up and headed out to the mall and got my tongue peirced. While I was there I picked up one of those lights that spin and project different colored circles on the walls. I am going to install that onto my vans ceiling today. And I am also going to get another set of speakers so that I can open the back of my van it will blare the music outside for parties. This was one of the best weekends I have had in a LONG time. This summer is going to ROCK!!!!
So...how about other people? Any great happenings?
