Well that's it, that's the whole article. One thing I wanted to point out as I skimmed over it (even I haven't read the article yet) was that swimming is in the game. That caught my eye
Looks like Rockstar listened to everything people wanted and put it in their game.

gamespot gave gta vc a 9.3 or somthin like that on 10 ..

imagine what gta sa will get will all the rag doll physics and swimming, and lighting & reflections larger enviro, interact with enviro , getting fAT AND THE GOIN TO THE GYM

No.

Its some sort of turn based strategy game that takes place right after MGS2.
That card thing you see is when you scroll through your inventory with the L1 R1 trigger buttons, I believe.....
