@harrycary Ya good site great advice , Thats why I use system mec. I can just disable not remove, to test. I have only 6 items running at start up all virus or firewall related

Thanks alot everyone for the help. Haha, everyone took me seriously, thanks alot. I apprecaite everyone taking time to give me instructions.

Yeah, there it is, in the C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries
