I read around it a bit and it seems to be for companies seeking to prevent p2p use in their organization.
Fair enough, if you're at work you shouldn't be doing p2p without permission.
However, there's NOTHING to stop an ISP from running something like this and preventing its users from running p2p!
There's a big difference between being employees of a company on company-owned computers and being a company's customers on personally owned computers!
