A friend of mine had a dell jukebox thing, similar, but it never really worked right, broke a lot, and a friend had an archos one, that one broke. Another had an Ipod, broken right out of the box... I have a 128mb MPIO works great and if I ever get around to it I can buy a flash card and upgrade it another 512mb...


So onto my point... In my opinion those 20gig things are just not built to last, Get an mp3 cd player, or a regular mp3 player with a extra card in it.
