Baltimore is my Dad&#39;s old stomping grounds, and I have relatives there.

What I want to do, eventually, is to take my wife to D.C. (she&#39;s never been) to see (among other things) the new WWII Memorial, which we contributed rather heavily to.

We would, of course, do this over the fourth of July, because it&#39;s just not hot and muggy enough in D.C. any other time of year.
