Your cablemodem or ADSL modem MAY have a firewall+router built into it as well. You'll need to port-forward BitTorrent's port/s and unfirewall there as well.

Yeah I've done all that, I mean I have a High ID with emule. Why should it be different with Azureus?

Make sure you:

1. Allow portforwarding.
2. Change the port # to something random.
3. Check to see if your IP is static.
