    House of 1000 Corpses ROCKED! its so sick and demented.. but yet artistic. only me and brother and a few of my friends liked that movie (or could appreciate it).
    oh, and did someone say Ravenous? that movie kicks ass!!! both these movies are disturbing, yet respected cult-classics!

    Murder by Death (1976) is a great one that not many have seen/heard of. A precursor to the film, "Clue". Check out the Cast list on imdb which might give you even more incentive.
