hmm the p4 heatsink looks wierd i dunno how u would remove the old fan from that nvm put a new one on.
anyway with mine i had to put the fan on first then put screws into teh fan adaptor and place the fan adaptor slowly on top the ALREADY ATTACHED heatsink and screw in slowly making sure all the screws aligned...if one fell outta placei would have had to start over cause of how it was designed...
you'll see when u get it (if u do).

ya that's the exact same one.
not sure if it works on a p4 heatsink though. can you see if there are any screws holding ont he fan on your heatsink or is it just the clips?

Oh. I didn't realize that it was a P4. I don't think it works with the P4.
Are you sure the fan is loud? Usually the P4 fans are quite quiet.

i dun think its loud....but i really cant hear it because the PSU's rite above it...so i guess its pretty quiet....
oh and wouldnt 330watts be enough for my system?? why should i get true380 instead of the true330...
and would it be worth to get the antec true series instead of THIS?
this way, i can also buy quieter fans

the true power ahs a fan speed controller so u will be able to make current fans run queiter instedad of buying new ones.

That's why I already told you to add fans to the back of your case.

Cut out the part of your case where there are the tiny holes and use a chrome grill like:
Those type of case vents really block airflow.
