If your looking for a short buzz then try the sinus pills. Make sure their non-drowsy though. You can only do that like once or twice a month because you will developed a tolerance for it and then you won't get the drowsy effect. But be advised I only do that when I have allergies.

uh cold water extraction removes all the acetaminophen, it works because it doesn't dissolve well in cold water, but codeine does

brenda tylenol is an aspirin-alternative (for headaches and such).... but tylenol 3 has codeine in it as well so it is a prescription painkiller.... though it doesnt work, at least not on me, so it isnt worth taking

Over here we just go to the chemists and say "can I have some codeine please"

I don't bother taking anything for headaches, although apparently sex is a good cure.
