Why does the image of that crayfish hanging from a certain finger pop into my head?

Yesterday, it was that finger btw, tho' I had a glove on.

Errm, goddess, it said the males were larger then the females on that site.

If you want an example of the opposite, try spiders for instance, there are species where the male is a hundred times smaller than the female. [/b][/quote]
Well done Snny, he's back with his mates again.

    Oh, and hawt shoes.

    Hmmmm, sounds pretty chauvanistic Snny.

Wish I had the energy to find an example of where females are bigger than males.
    The U.S.A.?

Sorry, my fault..... I was to lazy to use the link.

I did think of spiders but the only thing that came to mind was that only the female redbacks actually have the red stripe.

I was watching discovery the other day, there was this species where the male had to use the female's web as strings to play on, and if he didn't hit the right notes he got eaten, and if he didn't run like like a bat outa' hell after he got eaten anyway.

I think that female was lot bigger, and they did talk of species where the female was a hundred times bigger, like I mentioned.

I think the wolf-spider female is bigger too.

I think praying mantises do the same as well, it's not just the spiders
