Hmm i too heard rumours that it will take place in japan. I also want it to be modern.

Why not make one in the north where you belong to the Santa gang and you have to bash rudolf and his gang? LOL joking

they made one in london and it was 2d.

i think london or china would be the best.

all of the gta series are all ready in the us.

GTA 3 was the modern game.

I'd like a 1930s set like the godfather. but they might seem too much like the game MAFIA. i mean the cars would be pretty shit so i doubt they would go that far
