Monitor Messed Up

well, I dont have my monitor at 1024X768, its at 1152X864, so I can only have the refresh rate at 75hz. Its not doing it right now...but it will pick up in a lil im sure lol

so when it does try changing the resolution and refresh rate.

I have a little fan (not a case fan, just a normal fan.) that does that when I put it near the monitor. Maybe another electric device near your monitor is doing it?
