I think Norton Ghost 2003 can di it for you, although stay away from the newer Norton 9.0 its crap.
Also Acrions a similar app thats supposed to be very good...
In my sig is the best app imo for exactly that.
maybe a dumb question
but why not simply copy it over?
okaaaay.....
lets dig a little deeper here
is that because of the hidden system files - if so it is easy to copy those

There's one in the windows folder somewhere and the user registry part is in your documents and settings folder somewhere.
you can't just copy it over because the boot files and stuff aren't going to be taken with (could be wrong i've never tried this i'm only assuming).
are there any FREE programs that can do this?
Download Norton Ghost 9.0You can copy the contents of one hard drive to another. You can copy your operating system, applications, and data to a new hard drive. If the hard drive you are copying contains more than one partition, you must copy the partitions one at a time to the new hard drive.
You can use the Copy Drives feature when you upgrade to a larger hard drive or when you add a second hard drive and keep the original. You should not use the Copy Drives feature to set up a hard drive that will be used in another computer.
Its only 30MB, you need a keygen...
