    Hmmm, another one with very strange upload rates.

    I would be tempted to ignore reports from that site, they do not appear to be accurate.

    I always Connect at 22.0 Mbps and my download speed is like 160Kbs sometimes i get like 500Kbs but it goes to 160Kbs after like 5 secs

    I connect to my modem at 100Mbps... and the other computers in the house; my connection to the internet, though, is only 768kbps, and I'd be willing to bet that your connection is similarly restricted.
    Most often you see downloads start at very high speeds and then fall back because Windows effectively starts the download before it actually starts counting how long it's been downloading, which makes it seem like it started fast.

    if it goes to 160kb that means ur connect @ 1.5-1.7mbps.... not 22mbps!

    post a screen shot from http://www.dslreports.com/stest not from ur network connections all that shows is how fast ur ethernet is at...doesnt mean ur isp is giving u that speed...
