    What other components are you concerned about? Maybe if you can list all your parts we could advise you better.

    Ya VB , memory ? Mabey an older board that supports sdram and ddr ram. That way he can upgrade slowly ?

    er...dont you disable/uninstallt he onboard video before installing the pci?

    I have just disabled in device manager , if bios not an option. But yes he knows that!
