I remember this story from way back in september. After this, the amount of spam we had to filter at work decreased almost to zero for a few weeks, until the bastards obviously sniffed out new ISP's to use..

So it seems fairly clear that them in charge know who the spammers are, and they can be stopped. It seems reasonable to say that they can be fined, also.

"Our" friends? They aren't my friends. CNN reports crap info half the time cause they want to be the first to release it. They aren't to reliable.
