emule.
at least on dialup you won't notice the slow speeds on ed2k network :p you should limit your upstream to 2 or 3 KBs though on dialup
EDIT: i would also disable Kad, and limit amount of files shared to keep overhead to a minimum

i have used emule and k-lite and found klite to be better off than emule ... in speeds and in rare movie files...
the think about emule is, its good for rare movies but it sucks on speed
