    am not saying that, am just asking if that will happen or not, cuz opening more connection will eat more bandwitdh.

    I did a test. Didn't find a difference. Download Firefox setup file with the patch took 25 seconds. Removed the patch and downloaded it again (deleted cache) and it took 26 seconds.

    So its roughly the same speed as usual

    What are you smoking? What makes you think that changing a setting to, say, 64, then having something else change it to 64 again will "double, if not triple" the speed? It's the same damn number...

    Of course, I haven't heard exactly what the program does, so... who knows.

    exactly what i said happend, after applying that patch bandwitdh usage increased, the site which hardly took 2kb is taking upto 7Kb to load up.
