No my friend, You are mistaking, We do have morals; T most people here shoce not to act acording to them is another thing.
Besides no matter where in the world you are, people is almost equaly un-moral asa here in Mexico, that thing is that, to put an example, if in the US you are coming on to a 15 year old, youŽll be arested, when here, the autorities are just crap.
