always found adaware and Pro version great for getting rid of spyware.Spyware Doctor is ok but not so easy to use.Still rate Kaspersky firewall and anti spy .

Require help/ advise. Previously `sygate personal firewall' was free, but ever since Symantec has taken over the same a few months back, the free version does not update anymore. Can anyone recommend a good free firewall that I can use. Have tried `Zone Alarm' free version, but it gives false SMTP alerts! I mean how can a p2p programme send `emails'. This is precisely what hapened.. ZA reported that `emule is trying to send email.. shall it be allowed' (or something of that sort).

Good guide.. Spybot and Spysweeper are great. As for other internet security, i heard the new Norton 360 is much better than their internet security 2007.
