Well , as they always say... These are mainly movies that mainly only adults (30-40+ ?? ) find interesting. Well honestly i dont have any real interests in most of these movies..

I hope the aviator wins it's fair share of awards. Best movie I have seen in a long time, watched it maybe 50 times so far and still find it interesting.

Well maybe you can't appreciate it, having never scuba dived in the ocean? Anyway.. I've seen nearly all the oscar nominees this year.. and seriously, they aren't very impressive.

Finding Neverland - decent movie, very slow in the beginning.. Oscar quality, but only because of the lack of good entries this year

The Aviator - Leo? c'mon.. this movie was decent as well, but they bored me with the constant OCD personality that they portrayed in Hughes character.

Million Dollar Baby - havne't seen it, not yet

Seriously, the nominees are pretty lame compared to years past. IE.. Gangs of New York..

its not all about the story. the acting in the movies listed above were absolutely brilliant. The movies listed for best actor are the best movies of 2004 in my opinion.

Fair enough... do you think there were any movies that should have made the list, but didn't?

BTW, I saw Million Dollar Baby today.. good movie.. though the ending was a bit depressing. Very gritty.

anybody that says they cant except Leo as a good actor is afraid to admit it there afraid that people might think your gay

example of that is Titanic won 11 Oscars people are jealous and won't admit they like it

    Oscars are on late February

The aviator Will win jibbler as I aid before is Scorases turn this year hes been robbed to many years

the yeah tom hanks won for Philadelphia was absolute bullshit Liam Nesan should have won for shinlisters list .it was a lets go Hollywood give it to the dieing gay year!

it depends what the academy wants

remember that Italian actor who won?? give it the the foreign movies year how did Bill Bob not winf or Sling blade

maybe this year they want another black attack and it Will be Jamie fox and Morgan freeman

I hope Freeman wins this year

Ray is the only movie I'm yet too see out of the 5 I liked the 4 i have seen

Finding Neverland== Beautiful Film but if you have no emotion and don't have patience forget about it

Million Dollar baby- Great great touching film very depressing and sad during the second half

The Aviator- it has balance great cast

Sideways - a Comedy so it won't win and one of those movies where nothing happens/. parts of it are very very hilarious

The reason Alexander didn't get anymention is the American bias to wards the movie have a look how good it rates in Australia and Europe.

America Hollywood can't except the fact that Alexander was bisexual. I read the reviews say its a gay porn film... fucking hell there is 1 kiss in the whole fucking movie that only reassembles his bisexual
