    does anyone know where to get the d link installation software from? Or just the local maintenance software?

    It would be nice if you could install say "just the hardware drivers" for their networking cards in lieu of an entire application to configure the device. XP is capable (or at least is designed to) of configuring wireless networks on its accords.
