    easiest way to check would be put another burner in his comp and try. he also should try uninstal and reinstal the burner and drivers

    I think the burner is faulty. As a test... Try moving your burner to another PC and see if it will work there or not.

    i also replaced my ram but ithe problem remains the same, please any one, help me
