Grabbed it from newsgroups at 4AM, took me 7 and half minutes on a 3mb connection.

Are you with bulldog? In which case your limited to 10GB a month of free newsgroup useage. Then after that you need to pay. If you have MSN pm me your email and i can walk you through it. Its always max speeds, files are on there faster than ED2K and unless its like torrentbits faster than torrent sites. Also no ratio and no need to upload.

Does Bulldog support Newsgroups?

Bulldog does not presently offer a News server (often known as 'Usenet') to support Newsgroups. However, we are pleased to refer customers to "Google Groups" (accessed via http://groups.google.com/). This service offers a complete Usenet archive for reading and posting. It does not use a newsreader (such as Outlook Express, SLRN etc).
