Firefox 1.0.4 released

Has anyone found the 1.03 version less stable than previous editions. Mine seems to eat most of the available RAM, go unresponsive and finally have to be shut down from the task manager.

No problems here either, even my kids haven't crashed FF up till now (and believe me, normally they can and do).

It's almost definitely my fault, I installed it then replaced big parts of the mozilla folder with stuff from a different version. I can easily do an clean install but was thinking of going back to a previous version if others were also having probs.

You'd probably need an extension for that.

@manker - yeah 1.0.3 seemed goofy as hell on my pc too
was gonna go back to 1.0.2, but then decided against it, and then...and then...

I update via tools>options>advanced>check now for updates
and it works well, very fast and easy, keeps all extensions prefs etc

Thats funny I just noticed a little red ! mark top right of the fox home page button . You click on there to update aswell. Never noticed it before.
