Any other time the mods close a thread at the request of the topic starter.

I would think if the question was answered, that's a pretty damn good reason to close the thread....especially "at the request of the topic starter".

But it would be nice if the mods stopped dumping threads in here. Make a Trash section for these types of threads.

I'd call it the "We hate your thread so we dumped it here" forum.
