    was 102 °F / 38 °C yesterday here at the moment it's 99 °F / 37 °C and getting hotter 2:48pm.

    I was working all day out on a field a couple of days ago. I got pretty nasty burns on the back of my neck and my lower arms. And to top it off I got blisters (not from the sun, mind) in both hands.

    It has really done wonders for my mood these last few days

    It has more or less healed now though (I'm brown in a couple of places, red on the back of my neck, and still pale everywhere else ), but it still itches (I get this allergic reaction sort of thing when I've been out in the sun too long).

    Just been really 'muggy' here the last couple of days.........................not my cup of tea at all, just makes you feel washed out, unfortunaely it ain't easy getting to sleep when it's like this so I just lie there in a sweaty puddle staring at the mirror ceiling

    Went down to Ayr today. Warm but blowing a gale. Wife and I went down the beach with a fish supper. Fed the seagulls with the remains. We could've been arrested for that. I think
