well
it depends on the company i would say.....
in my case im sharing seedbox with 3 other people, and the speed is fine
( max upl was 8MB!!, dl sth about it as well),
but its woth to limit your upl sometimes to lets say 3MB/s, cuz otherwise (and that depends on the memory of the seedbox), it can freeze sometimes.......and u will loose all the files u had on it...(i had this problem during sct freeleech.......)
what else u need to know? -> i wouldnt recommend to upload more then 4-5 files too.
Oh, and do a little search first wheter the company that runs seedbox, is doing scans of your "space" for torrenting - i heard dedibox does that.

If your seeding xvids and smaller files you should be able to upload more than 5 in the client at a time.
What takes up the resources is if your doing DVDr or larger packs...
They use more ram... and if your using multiple windows logins and all using your own names simultaniously that uses even more ram on top of that.
I have well over 700xvids seeding on 1 of my boxes and it never lags. Ussually sending between 50 -100mbit overall anytime I look. Then again im also on an unmetered line so I dont really care to close them anyways.
