Hey is it possible to compress the size of video files, im not worried about loss of quality.

If you are uploading to share with other people you can use WMV, RM (real player) and Quicktime video. These are very common formats for web downloads/broadcasts. DivX is becoming increasing popular for this purpose too.

There as well Standalone DVD Players recognizing DivX as I saw in a shop in Nuremberg.

hey, STFU yourself man - sorry, if I am harsh - but: why the hell are you saying that NOW - I think that is useless as it is true that some standalone player are playing DivX as well.
