I think you are lucky to have a 600k connection !
So I think it would be best if you go to the options box and select the option to ignore incoming private messages, so you won't get hassled by anyone any more.

If it's just 1 particular user, you can block that user by nickname and you won't hear from them again unless they change nick. Of course, blocking the default names means you'll likely not hear from most people...
Blocking ALL incoming messages may make you miss my occassional message about people (unknowingly) sharing viruses on Kazaa.
