Are there any mouse out there that don't make the clicking sound, if so then what kind?

um i will asume you mean when you move it ?
what is clicking mate , the mouse wheel, the mouse ball , or a clicking sound comming from inside you comp
prob get your self a microsoft laser intellimouse

I have all optical mouse. Im speaking of when you "press it" the clicking sound?

the click is coming from the micro switch that is in the mouse when you push the button, that is normal and most mouses you get will have these types of switchs so I do not think you will find one.

on a laptop you can "doubletap" the motion pad thingy - but i guess tis a bit much to network a laptop to get rid of that noise.
