I think it is becuase MSN explorer, the latest free version (one that came with XP) isn't supported by them anymore.
To use the latest msn explorer you gotta buy their internet service.
edit: NVM, didn't really understand, thought u meant u were trying to go to your inbox through MSN explorer. Sorry, just forget this post lol.
