How can i get a good upload going without stops and other obstacles?

It really depends on your internet connection and the seeder/leecher ratio. If either isn't good, you won't be uploading very quickly or consistently. Outside of that, the most you can do is make sure your ports are forwarded and that you have the optimal connection settings.

Upload (Seed) a popular and relatively new file, which has a lot of leechers. Your upload speed should remain consistently high.

Well while we are on the topic. I found out that Oink is missing a bunch of stuff that may seem popular somewhere else but once I upload it at Oink it really isn't popular lol. I have been seeding for 3 days non stop and uploaded some of my own stuff and have got about 600 megs uploaded. I even uploaded some popular stuff from other places. I would imagine that I would get a consistent upload rate but doesn't happen.
In other places I can get gigs so fast by seeding popular stuff from other trackers.

a seedbox might help you by keeping a good ratio . try the light and cheap box first . maybe it helps .
