why were you using winblows 98 anyway.

win 98 wuz there in my samsung 80 before i upgraded my comp.

Backup any important data on it and format that skitish operating system. Your better off with 2000 if your system is slow. Go XP if your system is alright or pretty fast.
We have an old emachine 700mhz that runs Windows 2000 perfectly fine.

l i run xp 64 bit on my system and it works grr8.it ain't slow m8.dunno the reason for keeping win 98.but i don't use it.

Ah apparantly there's two versions of it.
There's 32bit and 64bit.
